If we can't produce your video, we tell you exactly why and you try again from your account — with the same photo or a new one — at no extra cost, until it's made. What we won't make
Photos of people who didn't agree, celebrities and look-alikes, famous cartoon characters you don't own (Disney, Pokémon and the like), anyone under 18 in anything suggestive or violent, and hateful or sexual content. Your own pets and your own characters are welcome. We may refuse to make or deliver anything that breaks these rules, and an order that breaks them isn't refunded.
Questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. You pay for each video. Topping up is optional — it just gets you extra.
Does my balance expire?
No. It stays on your account until you use it.
Which quality should I pick?
For TikTok, Reels and Shorts, Standard 480p looks fine on a phone. Pick HD if people will pause on it or you want it sharper. Full HD is for big screens or if you'll edit it further.
Can I post it?
Yes — it's yours to post. Label it as AI-generated where the platform asks. If your clip has a song in it, the song's rights stay with its owner; apps like TikTok and Instagram license their own sounds.
What if it doesn't work, or I don't like it?
If generation fails, you try again for free from your account. A delivered video isn't refundable; if there's a clear problem or you made a mistake, email support@jeanphilai.com within 7 days and we can remake it once for free.
