## Analytics

Cookie-free, self-hosted Plausible: pages viewed, referrer, country. No profiles, no ad trackers.

## Your photo

In the current preview, the photo you pick is read only by your own browser and is not uploaded.

## TikTok embeds

Clips on the home page load TikTok's official player only when you scroll to them; TikTok's own privacy policy applies inside the player.

## Email

If you email [support@jeanphilai.com](mailto:support@jeanphilai.com), we use what you send only to reply or make what you asked for.

## Your photos and videos

Uploads are only for people who have the right to use them: your own clips and photos, your pet, or people who agreed. In the current preview, files picked on the page stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded until you choose to email it to us. When we make a video for you, your photo or clip is sent only to our video-generation provider for that one job. We never use it to train models, never publish it without asking, and delete it — and the result — within 30 days, or within 48 hours of a deletion request to support@jeanphilai.com. No celebrities, strangers or other people's children.

## Faces

We don't build face templates, face databases or any biometric profile. A photo is used as a reference image for one generation and then deleted as described above.
