Jean Phil template: put anyone in the viral pink-suit video

How people swap themselves into the most-copied Jean Phil clip — and what actually happened when we ran it, step by step.

A Jean Phil template is a viral Jean Phil clip used as a motion reference: you give an AI video model the clip plus a photo of someone else, and it re-performs the same scene, camera moves and timing with the new person. The most-used template is the night-time pink-suit selfie by a tennis court (18.1 million views on @primeclippss_, watermarked @jean_le_reveur).

How a template swap works

  1. Pick the clip. A viral Jean Phil video (up to 30 seconds) — its scene, camera moves and timing become the blueprint.
  2. Add one photo. A normal, front-facing photo of the person who should star in it.
  3. Generate. A video model re-performs the clip shot for shot with the new person.
  4. Post it with the sound. Use the same trending sound on TikTok, Reels or CapCut when you post.

What we found running it (October 6, 2026)

  • It keeps every move. With the 19-second pink-suit clip as the reference video and one selfie as the reference image, the output was 19.04 seconds long and matched the original shot for shot — the stare, the camera swing, dropping onto the grass with legs up, the roll and the dance — while the person stayed clearly recognisable.
  • Use a plain photo, not a costumed one. When the reference photo already showed the person in the pink suit and blond bob, the model reproduced the original performer instead of the new face. A normal selfie gives a clean swap; ask for the costume in the prompt if you want it.

The same idea, with your own clip

Jean Phil AI turns an ordinary video into a Jean Phil video: it reads the clip's scene, camera and every movement, then regenerates it shot for shot with Jean Phil — the honey-blond helmet bob, the curled mustache, the houndstooth suit — in place of the person, so the street, the timing and the moves stay the same and only the star changes. Start from a photo instead and you become Jean Phil, still recognisably you.

Rights and consent

Uploads are only for people who have the right to use them: your own clips and photos, your pet, or people who agreed. In the current preview, files picked on the page stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded until you choose to email it to us. When we make a video for you, your photo or clip is sent only to our video-generation provider for that one job. We never use it to train models, never publish it without asking, and delete it — and the result — within 30 days, or within 48 hours of a deletion request to support@jeanphilai.com. No celebrities, strangers or other people's children.

Template clips belong to their creators; credit them when you post, and don't present a swap as the original.

Questions

What is a Jean Phil template?

It's a viral Jean Phil clip used as a motion reference: an AI video model gets the clip plus a photo of someone else and re-performs the same scene, camera moves and timing with the new person. The most-used one is the night-time pink-suit selfie by a tennis court (18.1M views).

Who made the pink-suit Jean Phil video?

The most-viewed copy, 18.1 million views, was posted by @primeclippss_ and carries the watermark of @jean_le_reveur, a TikTok account that showed as “Profile not available” on October 6, 2026. It copies Jean Phil's look — honey-blond helmet bob, curled mustache — in a pink houndstooth suit.

Can I put my own face in the pink-suit video?

Yes. Use the clip as the reference video and a normal, front-facing selfie as the reference image; the model re-performs the whole clip with you, shot for shot.

Which AI model does it?

Any video model that accepts a reference video plus a reference image can do a template swap; results vary a lot between models and settings.

Can I turn any video into a Jean Phil video?

Yes. Upload a clip of up to 30 seconds — a walk, a dance, a selfie — and Jean Phil AI regenerates it shot for shot with Jean Phil in place of the person: the street, the timing and every movement stay the same; only the star changes.

Is it legal to use a Jean Phil template or look?

Personal, non-commercial parody is how the whole trend works, but the original clips and the character belong to their creators: credit the clip you used, label your video as AI-generated, don't sell it or use it in ads, and only use people who agreed. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

What happens to the videos and photos I upload?

In the current preview, files you pick stay in your browser — nothing is uploaded until you choose to email it to us, and we delete what you send on request. Only use your own clips and photos, your pet, or people who agreed; no celebrities, strangers or other people's children.
